As a child growing up in nearby Hamilton, I spent a lot of time around my father's own dental practice. Having seen firsthand the joy that helping patients brought my Dad, I always knew I wanted to practice dentistry myself one day. I am honored to have the privilege of being able to help people in the same way. I am excited to be back home in Ohio and give back to the community where I was raised.
My approach to dentistry is simple—do the right thing and treat people like family. I advise patients based on what is best for their individual needs and concerns. I strive to make all of my patients feel welcome and at ease while providing high quality dental care.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in zoology and a Master of Public Health degree from The Ohio State University. I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. During dental school, I served as class president and was an active member of ASDA. I am currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Keely Dental Society.
Outside of the office, it's safe to say I am probably watching sports. I am a die-hard Buckeye fan who bleeds scarlet and gray. I also enjoy following the Reds and Bengals. I love Jeopardy!, history, and spending time with my friends and my beautiful wife, Dr. Melinda Maloney. Melinda and I met while students at LECOM and are both excited to be a part of the team here at Lakota Dental!
